Relationship between medical college students’ self-esteem, locus of control and subjective well-being

  • Objective To explore the relationship between college students.self-esteem,locus of control and subjective well-being and to provide an aid for mental health promotion.Methods 236 medical college students were measured by SES,IPS and SWB questionnaires.Results there ware no differ ence on self-esteem,locus of control and subjective well- being in sex,grade,economic status.the correlation was significant between college students.self-esteem,locus of control and subjective well-being.Self-esteem and internality were excellent predictors of college students.subjective well-being.Conclusion Self-esteem,locus of control were important influencing factors to medical college students.SWB.
