Establishment and evaluation of participants’ satisfaction test system for the New-style Rural Cooperative Medical Care

Objective To establish and evaluate the participants.satisfaction test system for the New-style Rural Cooperative Medical Care(NRCMC).Methods Based on the characteristic of NRCMC,American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI)was used.Results A satisfaction test model and index system which provided an effective measurement tool for assessing local government.s performance was designed.Conclusion The test system is scientific and systematic,which can fully reflect the true level of farmers'satisfaction.
