Abstract
Objective To study the relation between mental health and teaching efficacy of college teachers,and make a path of mental health to teaching efficacy.Methods To measure 520 college teachers applying the Scale for the Sense of Teaching Efficary,SCL-90 Scale and the EPQ-RSC.Results (1)The teaching efficacy of college techer forms related clearly with his/hers mental health and personality.(2)The status of mental health not only infuenced the teaching efficacy of college teachers directly,but also was the variable for the teaching efficacy.Conclusion There is obvious relation between mental health and teaching efficacy of teachers.
