Quality of life and its influence factors of patients with chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer： application of QLICD-GM

Objective To analyze quality of life(QOL)and its influence factors in patients with chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer.Methods The quality of life for 97 patients with chronic gastritis and 91 patients with peptic ulcer was measured by QLICD-GM.Rank sum test and t test were used to compare QOL mean scores before and after the treatment and the multiple linear regression was used to select the influence factors.Results QOL scores of physical,psychological,social domain and overall for patients with chronic gastritis befor treatment were 61137,70148,66199 and 66186,respectvely.While that of the patients with peptic ulcer were 58.75,79.22,67.23 and 69.37,respectively,and they were improved after the treatment.Factors of age,sex,disease,economic status and marital status were selected to enter different regression equations.Conclusion Treatment can improve the QOL of patients with chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer,and the influence factors were age,sex,disease,economic status and marital status.
