Determination of anti-nuclear antibodies in Han, Hasake nationatilities

Objective To study the positive rate of anti-nuclear antibodies(ANA)in normal people and to analyze the fluorescence pattern and the location of target antigens in cells among different nations.Methods With indirected immunofluor escence(IIF),ANA in sera of normal people of Han,Hasake nationatilities were detected.Results The positive rate of ANA in Hasake was significantly higher than that of in Han(χ²=5171,P<0.05).The positive rate of auto ANA in Han and Hasake natio natilities increased with the age.The positive rates of ANA in female groups were higher than that of male groups(χ²=5.47,P<0.05;χ²=4.60,P<0.05).The fluorescence pattern and the location of tar get antigens in cells were quite different between Han,Hasake nationat ilities.The positive rate of anti-nuclear antibody in Hasake was significantly higher than that of in Han(χ²=5.65,P<0.05).Conclusion A uto-antibodies in normal people in Han,Hasake nationatilities are different.
