Prevalence of intercourse vexation and its relationships with familial environment among medical students

  • Objective To explore the prevalence of intercourse vexation and its relationships with familial environment among medical students.Methods Six hundred medical students were investigated with the Diagnostic Measurement of Intercourse Vexation,the Egma Minnen av Bardndosnaupp forstran and aself-designed questionnaire.Binary logistic regression was used to analyze the data.Results 46.5% of the respondents had intercourse vexation.The percentages of intercourse vexation among different grade students had statistical difference.Four factors including single-parent family,father's warmth and understanding were influential factors of intercourse vexation in medical students.Conclusion The incidence of intercourse vexation among medical students is high.The medical university and the students' families should create a harmonious environment for the young people.
