Study on effect of generalization and application of appropriate technology of medicine in countryside of Gansu pro-vince

Objective To evaluate the application of appropriate technologies in two counties and provide scientific data for generalization of medical technologies.Methods Information was obtained by approriate technologies application table.Investigate trainnees and patients treated with the medical technologies with questionnaire survey.Results Application ratio of two counties were 100%.The coverage of counties and towns was 100% and 69.05%,respectively.77.38% of trainnees could master the skil.l69.34% of the trainnees thought the technologies were easy to apply.83.26% of patients thought the effect of the technologies was better than others.78.28% of participants thought the cost was cheap.76.02% thought the treatment time was shortened.Conclusion Application effect of the technologies was obtained and the technologies were grasped by trainnees and accepted by patients.
