Evaluation on effect of feasible medical technique application in treatment of cardiovascular diseases in rural areas

ObjectiveTo evaluate the effect of feasible medical technique applicatron in treatment of cardiovascular diseases (CVDs) in Henan rural areas.MethodsThe evaluation was made on the application capability, efficacy and the effect was assessed with 12 indexes by the technique for orderpreference by sinilarity to ideal solution (TO PS IS)meghod.Results57.8% (200/346) of medical personnel participating the appliccation of feasible medical technique of CVD streatment was with middle or senior technical title 58.0% of medical personnel participating the project was graduated from medical college 89.0% of the project participants acquired the training contents well.Avemgely 0.133 of CVDs case was treated with the feasible medical technique by one trainee in one year.The application of standard treatment of chronic heart failure showed the best effect in the rural area.ConclusionThe feasible medlical technique application in treatment of CVDs was effective in the rural of Henan.
