Abstract
Objective To understand the know ledge,behavior and infection status related to ADS amonginmigrant women in rural areas.Methods Atotal of 2028 b lood same les of inmigrantwamen were collected to test anti-HIV,HBsAg,anti-HCV,anti-TP Part of inmigrant women were interviewed with a knowledge,attitude,belief,and p mctice(KAB P) questionnaire.Results The infection mte of HIV/ADS in the inmigmntwomen was 0.59%,with HBV,HCV and syphilis coinfection severely Awareness mte of transn fission routes of HIV/ADS was 33.52%-44.79%.12.29% of thewomen had history of blood transfusion and donation; 37.99% had premarital sexual behavior,6.70% had extramarital behavior Awareness rate of ADS of the inmigrant women was significantly lower than that of local women,but the high-risk behaviors were higher than that of local women.Conclusion There were infections of HIV,HBV,HCV,TP in inm igrantwomen,and the awareness rate of HIV/ADS was low.Health education should be enhanced among the women to control further spread of ADS.
