Expression level of T lymphocyte subtype INF-γ and IL-2 in tuberculosis mice

  • Objective To determine the expression level of Tlym phocyte subtyp e:CD4+,CD8+ and CD4+CD8+(double positive)T cytes in tuberculosis mice.Methods Thirty mice were divided randomly in to control and tuberculos is infection group according to their weigh.the blood samples were taken from the mice after six weeksπtreatment.The ratios of CD4+,CD8+ and CD4+ CD8+ Tlym phocyte with IFN -γ and IL-2 expression were detected with FACS Caliur flow cytometer.Results The ratio of CD4+ lymphocyte subtype with IFN-γ expression in total Tlym phocyte subtype of tuberculs is mice was higher than that of the control group with statistical significance(P<0.05).The ratio of CD4+ and DPT lymphocyte subtype in total Tlym phocyte subtype of tuberculos is mice was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression level IFN-γ was elevated in CD4+ Tlym phocyte of tuberculosis mice.The expression level of IL-2 was depressed in CD4+ and DPT lym phocyte of tuberculos is mice.The phenom enonindicates that the an tituberculos is immunity mays tarta tearly stage of tube rculosis infection but the nonspecific immunity is still predominant.
