Abstract
Objective To learn the situation of supervision and management o f pumlonary tuberculosis(TB)patients by village doctors and its influential factors.Methods The sample was randomly chosen with cluster ba sed sampling method and the subjects were interviewed with a self made questionnaire.Results Among the village doctors,36.18 percentever took supervision of TB patients.Averagely 1.53 TB patients were managed by one village doctor.The average interval of the supervision on TB petien ts of the village doctors was 10 80 days.There were siguificant differenes in factors influencing supervision on TB patients between village doctors of diffenrent gender(χ2=19.561),age(χ2=53.666),specialty(χ2=43.925),the a ttitude towards current reward standard of TB detection(χ2=130.350),the attitude towards T B patients(χ2=84.573)and the desire of TB service provision(χ2=33.505).Conclusion The factors in fluencing the supervision on TB patients by village doctors are sex,age,specialty,the a ttitude towards current standard of TB management and TB patients and the desire of TB service provision among village doctors.
