Apoptosis of RAW 264.7 cells induced by tributyltin chloride

  • Objective To explore the apoptosis effect of tributyltin chloride(TBTC1)on RAW 264.7 cells.Methods RAW 264.7 cells were incubated with various concentrations of TBTCL for 24 hours.The cell growth inhibition wasm easured by MTT,and the cell apoptosis was observed by flow cytometry analysis and fluo rescence micro scope.Results TBTC l could result in the descent of cell activity(IC50=0.179 mg/L)and could induce the apoptosis in RAW 264.7 cells.The rate of apoptosis of RAW 264.7 cells reached to 19.5% at TBTC l concentration of 0.4 mg/L.Conclusion TBTC l could induce apoptosis of RAW 264.7 cell.
