Abstract
Objective To investigate preva lences and influential factors of anxiety and depression among coronary artery disease inpatients.Methods Totally 102 inpatients with coronary artery disease were collected.All the subjects were assessed with General Self-efficacy Scale(GSES),Trait Coping Style Questionnaire(TCSQ),Social Support Rating Scale (SSRS),Ey senck Personality Questionnaire(EPQ),Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),and Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS).Results Of all subjects,49(48.04%)were identifed as anxiety,53(51.96%)as depression.The rate of the co morbidity of anxiety and depression was 45.10%.The positive coping style and education were negatively correlated with both anxiety and depression.EPQN,EPQP were positively associated signifieantly with anxiety and depression.Body mass index(BMI)was also negatively associated with depression.Conclusion Mental intervention should be taken to decrease the prev a lences of anxiety and depression among coronary artery disease inpatients.
