Abstract
Objective To study the correlation between sleep quality and sub-health among civil servants for prevention of sub health.Methods Totally 336 officials were surveyed with a self-made sub-health questionnaire and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI).Results The total prevalence rate of sub-health and sleep disorder was 82.4% and 20.9%, respectively.Health status of the subjects with normal sleep score was significantly better than that of with abnormal sleep score(P<0.01).There was a correlation between sleep quality and sub-health among the participants.Sleep disturbances and day time dy sfunction were risk factors for sub-health.Conclusion Sleep disorder is an important symptom of sub-health.Early intervention on sleep disorder can prevent the occurrence of sub-health.
