Evaluation of training effects of intervention technology on folic acid for deformity of neural tube in rural areas

  • ObjectiveTo evaluate training effects of intervention technology on folic acid for deformity of neural tube in rural areas.MethodsThe level of specialized skill and satisfaction were compared before and after the training among 174 participants and logistic regression model was applied to data analysis.ResultsAll participants'specialized skill achieved progress after the training and the mean score was increased from 65.36 before the training to 81.67 after the training with a significant difference(P<0.001).The mean score was significantly higher in participants with high education level,longer work period,higher technical qualification,and family plan technology background(P<0.05).Totally 87.93% of respondents regarded the training as a good program and teaching and the learning reached the expected aim.Factors influencing the training effects included level of workunit(odds ratioOR=0.263),work period(OR=1.748), education level(OR=7.098),technical qualification(OR=4.478),and the professional engaged(OR=6.211).ConclusionThe effect of the training is good and the training model and method on health technology are suitable for the generalization in rural areas.
