Abstract
Objective To investigate the status and influence factors of occupational burnout among staff in large enterprises.Methods Totally 580 participants were selected with random sampling method from large enterprises and were asked to fill out a questionnaire about occupational burnout.Results The prevalence of occupational burnout was 80.37%,and the prevalences of mild,moderate and severe occupational burnout were 55.02%,37.67% and 7.31%,respectively.Multivariate regression analysis showed that the main influence factors of occupation burnout were gender,length of service,educational level,working post,overtime,and working pressure.Conclusion Occupational burnout in staff of large enterprises is serious and there are differences in the dimensions of occupational burnout in relation to demographic characteristics and working condition.
