P <0.01),support application dimension(

=-0.214,
P <0.01),intrinsic satisfaction(

=-0.219,
P <0.01),and objective support dimension(

=-0.038,
P <0.05).The predictor variables of cynicism included extrinsic satisfaction(

=-0.271,
P <0.01),support application dimension(

=-0.135,P
P <0.01),intrinsic satisfaction(

=-0.187,
P <0.01),subjective support dimension(

=-0.089,
P <0.01),and objective support dimension(

=-0.053,
P <0.05).The predictor variables of professional inefficacy included support application dimension(

=-0.161,
P <0.01),objective support dimension(

=-0.078,
P <0.05),subjective support dimension(

=-0.068,

Conclusion The job burnout of workers exposed to coal dust could be relieved by the improvement of job satisfaction and social support.
