Concept,core content and evaluation system of universal health care

There are dispute and ambiguousness about the definition and core connotation of universal health care at present.To provide new perspectives and ideas for the development of universal health care in China,this paper introduced the concept and connotation of universal health care described by the experts at home and abroad comprehensively,and illustrated the key points of universal health care;at the same time,the paper summarized the indexes for the evaluation of universal health insurance.
