Abstract
Dietary is closely associated with the occurrence of cognitive impairment.The excessive intakes of some dietary nutrients such as carbohydrates and fat could result in cognitive impairment,and some kinds of food composition such as trace elements would somehow prevent the incident of the disorder.This article is aimed to summarize correlations of dietary factors with cognitive impairment among the elderly and the mechnanism related to the effects of dietary factors.
