Abstract

Abstract

Objective To understand the status of out-patient clinic serve utilization and to analyze its major influential factors of urban residents in Yinchuan.
Methods 4911 residents were interviewed by random cluster sampling.
Results Two-week visiting rate was 117.0‰.By multiple Logistic regression, the influential factors of two-week visiting rate were gender, age, occupation, education and the type of two-week Morbidity.
Conclusion For seeking medical advice, the residents.selectiom is not rational in Yinchuan.The Health Administration of Yinchuan should distribute the health resources fairly.
