Effect of He-Ne laser irradiation on proliferation and differentiation of rat embryo spinal cord nerve cell

  •   Objective   To study the effect of He-Ne laser at lower power on proliperation and differentiation of spinal cord nerve cell.
      Methods   Spinal cord nerve cell of ratembryo were randomly divided into one control group and three experimental groups, the experimental groups were respectively irradiated at different time: 3 min(A组), 6 min(B组), 10 min(C组), each day. After ten days, to count the concentration rate and determine the content of protein and the amount of MDA.
      Results   The concentration rate of group A significantly increased than the contrast group((P<0.01), but group B and group C significantly decreased than the contrast group(P<0.01).The protein content of group A and B were obviously increased(P<0.05), group C obviousy decreased(P<0.01).
      Conclusion   Spinal cord nerve cell of rat embryo were irradiated, the effect was related with irradiating time. Short time irradiation could stimulate cells proliferation, but long-time irradiation could inhibit cell proliferation.
