Logistic regression analysis on risk factors of acute leukemia

  Objective   To explore suspicious risk factors of acute leukemia.

  Methods   1:1 case control study was applied to investigate acute leukemia patients aged 15 and elder with conditional Logistic model.

  Results   In the single factor analysis, 10 of 47 indexes were obviously significant. While 6 of 47 indexes were obviously significant in the multi-factor stepwise analysis, which including febrifuge and anodyne administration, chloromycetin administration, exposure to X-ray, chemical organic solvents, interval of moving in aafter house decoration, frequency of hair dye use.

  Conclusion   The existence of these factors might increase the risk of acute leukemia.
