Effect of compound nutrition on moistheat and wound stress of rats

  •   Objective   To probe into the changes of rats plasma SOD, MDA, NO and serum ALD at moistheat and wound stress in order to build a basis for research of enhancing resistance to stress response in soldiers.
Methods   The rats were divided into 2 groups, each group wa divided into 4 period of time. The humid heat and wound stress control group was given affuse imbue with double-distilled water for one week; The humid heat and wound stress medicined group was given affuse with ascorbic acid and L-arginine mixed with A-T ocopherol for one week; The two groups were exposed to the same conditions for 1-2 h: Td(37±0.5)℃ and relative humidity(65±5)%.
Results   The differences of SOD and MDA changes between the 2 groups were remarkably significant(P < 0.05).The differences of NO and ALD changes between the control group at 1h and other times of control group, all times of medicined group were significant(P < 0.01).SOD in the control group at 2 h, the medicined group1, 2, 6 h also had a remarkably difference(P < 0.05, P < 0.01).
Conclusion   Early nutrition was more effective in reducing stress, decreasing organ injury and alleviating the damage of body.
