Research on correlation between pseduomonas aerugionosa from inpatients and hospital environment

  Objective   To detect the correlation of the pseudomonas aeruginosa(PA)from inpatients with NI, inpatients without NI and from the hospital environment.

  Methods   To compare the differences of drug-fast pathogens and RAPD pathogens between the PA from inpatients with NI and the PA from inpatietns without NI and the hospital environment so as to determine correlation between the three PA pathogens.

  Results   To collecete 18 strains PA from inpatients with NI, 17 strains PA from inpatients without NI, from the hospital env ironment and to isolate 21 strains of PA.Environment isolated rate was 2.52%.Study on the drug-fast pathogens and RAPD pathogens indicated that there was no obvious correlation between the PA from inpatients with NI and from inpatients without NI and from hospital environment.

  Conclusion   The most PANI were derived form the patients themselves, more importane should be attached to improve the patients resistibility so as to prevent NI.
