Associatbn Between Polymorphign of Apoliprote in E and Senile Danentia

In an effort to explore the distrbutinn of Apo E genotype in senile danentia patient and to show up the association of poiymorphisn of Apo E and the senile dean entiwe have undertaken(ase) notro studies of the subjects of senile dun entia(n=41) and nounal on trots (n=42),the statues of Apo E gene was detean fined PCR-RFLP method we found that the E4 allele of Apo E was significant more frequen tinsen file danentia patents than in cnntroLs (P<0.01,OR=3.66,95%CI 1.53~8.91).
