Investigation on the Contamination of the Aquatie Products by Methyl Mercuric Compounds in Fifteen Provinces and Cities and Prelimi- nary Studyon the Sanitary Standard of These Compounds

The contents of methyl mercuric compounds is 1392 samples，of aquatic products from 15 provinces and cities were measured. The positity rate was 90.00/band the average contents was 0.0537 mg/kg. The range of methyl mercuric coateats in 1095 samples of fresh water fishes were 0-2.45mg/kg with an average of 0.056mg/kg, while those in 297 samples of sea fishes were 0-1.38mg/kg with as average of 0.0789 mg/kg.
