Report of AnOutbreak of Food Poisoning Caused by Salmonella sehwarzengrund
An outbreak of food poisoning caused by contaminated cooked pork occurerd on Augusted 25 th,1984 in Ti-anjin.Baeteriological and serologieal examination of patients during(onvalescent period indicated that the out-break was caused by contamination of tie pork by Salmonella schwarzengrund which was found for the first time in China.
