Biochemical， Serological and Phage Typing Analysis of 110 Strains of Bacillus Cereus Isolated from Cases of Food Poisoning in China

    Abstract
  • Biochemical,serological and phage typing were performed with 110 strains of Bacillus cereus isolated from cases of food poisoning is some places in China. The results showed that 23 biological types were identified in which type 1 was the predominant strain and all the 110 strains could be typed.Serologically 7 types were found and 103 out of 110 strains (93.6%) could he typed.
