Seroepidemiological Survey of Liver Function Status and Markers of Hepatitis B Virus in 436 Blood Donors

The markers of hepatitis B virus and liver function of 436 blood donors in Harbin City were reexamined by radio-immunoassay and modified Reitman method respectively,The results indicated that the positivity rates of HBsAg,anti-HBs,anti-HBc were 2.06%,37.16% and 45.18% respectively,The overall HBY infection rate was 55.96% and rate of abnormal liver function was 8.49%.Certain relationship could be found between the age of the donors years of their blood donation,source of donors end HBV infection.
