Recombinant plasmid of the donor bacteria for DNA probe was prepared by rapid,simple extrsctioa method,A 17Kb EcoRI restricted fragment which was a part of viruleace plasmid of Shigella flexaeri type 5 was recovered by means of electrophoretic elution with dialysis bag.
