Abstract
Effects of noise on cellar immune function in mouse which exposed to noise( the intensity was simulated noise work, 105dB(A), 90dB(A), 75dB(A) respectively ) was determined by the method of immunotoxicology. The results have been demonstrated that the stress induced showed a significant decrease in proliferativ eability of lymphocyte. But t he activity of IL- 2 had no signif-icant change. Pr eliminary estimates that noise had potential immune supression.
