Study of Structural Protein Pahogenicity and Detection of hFRSV

To observe dyNaNic vaRIAtion of hFRSV antibody in peripheral bloodmon on unclear cells(PBMC)during 3rd. 5th. 7th. 14th day from the onset of the illness and memberane protein(MP)and nucleo protein(NP) of hFRSV COuld be detected. It demonstrated hFRSV COuld sTAy in cells for a long time and express viral MP and NP. The longer the illness went and the more neutralization antibody produced, the less hFRSV duplicated and viral protein in expressed. Additionaly, the detection of lighty and heavy type patient's serum show ed: patient's COndition related to titre of special IgM, not IgG.
