  • Objective:The purpose of this report was to observe the safety.serological efficacy,epidemiological efficacy and antibody dependent immunization enhancement of inactivated vaccine against HFRS(Type 1)form tissue culture of Mongolian gerbils Kindney.Methods:Observe the safety by the reaction f the vaccine;Observe the serological efficacy by Immuno fluorescent antibody assay used in testing specific IgG antibody and Mcro-CPE method was used in testing the titer of neutralizing antibody;Observethe the epidemiological eficacy by the protection rates.Results:The reaction of the vaccine was slight The moderate and severe side effects was 0.03%;14 days after three doses of injection before reinforced 14 days and 1 year and 2 year after reinforced? The rates of seroconversion of neutralizing antibody by the Mcro-CPE method were70.00%,50 00%,91 18%,58 97% and 38.89%;The rates of seroconversion of immuno fluorescent antibodyby IFA method were 83.33%,12.90%,64.52%,4103% and 13.89%;After epidemic season s observation this kind of vaccine was effective and the protection rate was 94.99%;Til now.we haven't find any antibody dependent immunization enhancement phenomenon among the inoculated population Conclusion:This kind of vaccine by Hangzhou Tianyuan Biol was all epidemiologically effective.
