某冶炼厂周围农村居民膳食铅镉暴露水平评价

Prevalence of food poisoning in Guangzhou city, 1997-2007

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨广东省广州市1997-2007年食物中毒的发生规律和流行特征,为有效预防和控制食物中毒提供科学依据。方法 对广州市1997-2007年食物中毒发生的起数、人数、时空分布和病因进行统计分析。结果 广州市1997-2007年共发生食物中毒462起,中毒8682例,死亡37例,年均发病率为10.70/10万;集体食堂发生的中毒起数最多,有180起,占38.96%;其次是饮食服务单位和家庭,分别有155和92起,占33.55%和19.91%,其他场所有35起,占7.58%;中毒例数也以集体食堂最多,有5437例,占62.62%;其次为饮食服务单位,有2366例,占27.25%;家庭和其他较少,分别有495和384例,占5.70%和4.42%;食物中毒起数和例数以第二、三季度高发,死亡例数则以第一季度高发;中毒食物以肉及肉制品和果蔬类为主,肉及肉制品的中毒发生原因主要是原料污染或变质。结论 在食物中毒高发季节,控制肉及肉制品、果蔬类的原料污染和变质问题是预防食物中毒的关键。

     

    Abstract: Objective To understand the prevalence of food poisoning in Guangzhou city and to provide scientific evidence for the prevention of food poison ing.Methods The analysis was conducted for the number of cases,the number of suffered individuals,the distribution of the time and place,and the causes of food paisoning occurred in the city from 1997 to 2007.Results To tally 462 cases of food poisoning occurred with 8682 poisoning cases and 37 fatalities.The average annual morbidity was 10.70/100000.The incidence rate of poisoning was higher in the second and the third quarter of the year and the mortality of food poisoning was higher in the first quarter of they ear.The collective can teens were the main places o f the occurrence of food poisoning and meat,meat products,fruits,and vegetables were the major food contaminated.Conclusion The key point to prevent food poison ing is controlling the contam inations of meat,meat proiduct,fruit,and vegetable in the highinc idence sea son.
