临夏县低出生体重与危险因素聚集关联性分析

Association between clustering of premature, parity, maternal hypertension, birth sex and low birth weight

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨早产、胎次、妊高症、婴儿性别的聚集与甘肃省临夏县发生低出生体重危险性的关联性,为采取干预措施提供参考依据。方法 采用自行设计调查表对甘肃省临夏县整群随机抽取的6乡共3 195名婴幼儿的父母进行面访调查。结果 调整母亲民族和婴幼儿出生地区前后,妊高症、生育胎次≥2次、早产和女婴均与低出生体重危险性相关联,其OR值差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001);调整母亲民族和婴幼儿出生地区后,危险因素聚集1、2和≥3项的OR值分别为1.919(95%CI=1.268~2.904)、5.333(95%CI=3.391~8.387)和5.706(95%CI=2.025~16.08)。结论 甘肃省临夏县低出生体重危险性随着危险因素聚集项数的增加而增大。

     

    Abstract: Objective To explore the association between the clustering of premature,parity,maternal hypertension,birth sex and low birth in Linxia county,Gansu province.Methods With cluster random sampling,3 195 infants and their parents were selected from 6 towns of Linxia county from Jan 2006 to Dec 2008 for a face to face interview using a self designed questionnaire.Results After adjusting for region and nation,the odds ratios(95% confidence intervalCI)of low birth weight associated with the clustering of premature,parity,maternal hyper tension,birth sex were 1.919(95%CI:1.268-2.904),5.333(95%CI:3.391-8.387),and 5.706(95%CI:2.025-16.08),respectively,compared with non existence of the risk factor.Oddsratios of the clustering of two risk factors or more were all more than that of one risk factor.Conclusion The risk of low birth weight is increased with the number of clustering of risk factors among the infants in Linxia county.
