IL-1β基因-511位点C/T多态性与慢性心力衰竭关系

Correlation between interleukin-1β-511C/T polymorphism and chronic heart failure

摘要: 目的探讨白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)-5l1位点C/T多态性与慢性心力衰竭(CHF)发病关系。方法 CHF组及健康对照组,每组80例,抽取静脉血5 mL,提取基因组DNA,应用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)方法,分析IL-1β-511位点基因多态性。结果等位基因T在CHF组检出率为56.25%,明显高于健康对照组检出率的38.75%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 IL-1β-511 C/T多态性与CHF发病具有相关性,等位基因T可能是部分CHF患者易感性遗传标志。

Abstract: Objective To explore the correlation between polymorphism at position-511C/T in the promotor region of interleukin-1β(IL-1β)and chronic heart failure.Methods A total of 160 subjects were selected and divided into chronic heart failure group and healthy group.Genomic DNA was extracted from 5ml vein blood and polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism technique was applied to analyze the polymorphsim of IL-1β-511C/T.Results The results showed the frequency of T was higher in chronic heart failure group than in healthy group(56.25% vs 38.75%,P<0.05).Conclusion The polymorphism at position-511C/T in IL-1β is associated with chronic heart failure and T allele is the susceptibility genetic mark in some patients.
