Advance in researches of effect of PM2.5 on kidney diseases

  • 摘要: 空气污染尤其是大气细颗粒物(PM2.5)的健康危害已经成为国内外研究热点。近年来,流行病学及基础研究发现PM2.5与慢性肾脏病、透析相关并发症及肾脏肿瘤密切相关,其机制与炎症反应、氧化应激及细胞毒性等有关。本文拟对PM2.5对肾脏疾病的影响研究做一综述。

     

    Abstract: Health hazard of air pollution, especially particulate matter < 2.5 μm in aerodynamic diameter (PM2.5), has become popular research topics. In recent years, a series of epidemiological and molecular biology studies have found that PM2.5 is associated with the development of chronic kidney disease, dialysis-related complications and renal tumors, possibly through inflammation reaction, oxidative stress, cytotoxicity injury and other mechanisms. This paper summarizes recent progress in researches on the effect of PM2.5 on kidney disease.
