沈阳市运用手机APP对预防接种服务满意情况及需求调查

Satisfaction to and demand on vaccination service among children′s parents and medical workers in Shenyang city: a mobile phone APP survey

    目的 通过预防接种信息管理系统中儿童家长手机应用程序(APP)软件开展调查,评估沈阳市预防接种接种医生及儿童家长的满意度及需求,为更好的利用信息管理系统大数据改进免疫服务能力、优化预防接种服务提出建议。
    方法 于2017年通过“金苗宝”手机APP客户端软件向免疫工作人员(287人)、儿童家长(17 643人)推送不同内容调查问卷,从调查效率、接种人员工作态度及影响因素、儿童家长满意度等方面结合目前免疫服务能力现状进行分析。
    结果 随着常住人口的持续上升,管理儿童数量及预防接种剂次不断增高而接种单位设置及工作人员数不断降低;接种人员工作量普遍较大,城区尤为明显。logistic分析结果显示,日门诊量、工作量的态度、收入及待遇与接种人员满意度相关。接种单位医生的介绍仍是家长获得预防接种知识主要途径(占42.53 %)。家长对目前预防接种服务满意度较高(占83.06 %,14 654人)。
    结论 建立稳定、专业、积极的免疫工作团队,优化接种流程提高效率,改善接种门诊软硬环境,积极应用预防接种手机APP等方式参与工作对免疫工作尤为重要。

     

    Abstract:
    Objective To evaluate the satisfaction to and demand on vaccination service among children's parents and medical workers in Shenyang city with a mobile phone application (APP) supported survey and to provide references for effective utilization of big data information management system in improving capability of vaccination service.
    Methods We conducted an online survey among parents of 0 – 7 years old children having planned immunization vaccination and medical workers engaged in the vaccination service in Shenyang city in 2017. Questionnaires of two versions were administered to all clients of a mobile phone APP named "Jin Miaobao" in vaccination information management system to collect relevant information.
    Results Valid information were collected from 98.97% of 290 medical workers and 96.63% of 18 259 parents totally. The surveyed medical workers reported that both the number children and vaccine doses covered by planned immunization vaccination increased due to the enlargement of permanent residential population but the number of medical institutions and staff supplying the vaccination service decreased continuously; the medical workers also reported a heavy workload, especially those working in urban regions. Logistic regression analysis demonstrated that the satisfaction to work was influenced mainly by the number of outpatient visits, attitude towards workload, salary, and career development. Of the parents with valid replies, 42.53% reported getting the knowledge on vaccination from the medical staff providing the inoculation service and 83.06% were satisfied to vaccination services for their children.
    Conclusion Establishment of stable, professional and active teams, optimization of inoculation process, and improvement of service and facility of vaccination clinics are important for effective implementation of expanded program on immunization. Mobile phone application could be utilized in the improvement of vaccination service.
