北京市朝阳区居民新冠肺炎防控认知现况调查

Awareness on knowledge about coronavirus disease 2019 prevention and control among residents in Chaoyang district of Beijing city

      目的  了解北京市朝阳区居民新型冠状病毒肺炎(新冠肺炎)防控知识与行为情况,为制定防控干预策略和措施提供依据。
      方法  采用方便抽样方法,于2020年3月2 — 12日对朝阳区居民15 391人通过网络平台开展电子问卷调查。
      结果  朝阳区居民新冠肺炎防控知识知晓率最高的两项为“居家或集中隔离14天”(98.83 %,15 211人)、“主要症状是发热、咳嗽、乏力”(97.23 %,14 964人),知晓率最低的2项分别是“咳嗽、打喷嚏时应用纸巾或屈肘遮住口鼻”(43.45 %,6 688人)、“洗手关键步骤是充分揉搓”(46.05 %,7 087人)。防控认知总体呈现男性低于女性,城镇居民高于农村居民,文化程度越高知识知晓率越高(P < 0.01)。朝阳区居民对于“飞沫传播”和“接触传播”2种主要传播途径的知晓率分别为98.82 %(15 209人次)和84.47 %(13 001人次)。疫情期间98.02 %(15 086人)的居民洗手频率增加。
      结论  健康教育应进一步加强,应针对呼吸礼仪、正确洗手、传播途径等核心信息加强宣传,针对重点人群精准防控。

     

    Abstract:
      Objective  To examine the knowledge and behaviors about coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) prevention and control among residents in Chaoyang district of Beijing city and to provide evidences for developing control strategies and measures on COVID-19 epidemic.
      Methods  Using convenient sampling, we conducted an electronic questionnaire survey among 15 391 residents in Chaoyang district through an online platform from March 2 to 12, 2020.
      Results  Among the respondents, the highest rates of awareness on COVID-19 prevention knowledge were 98.83% (15 211 respondents) for a 14-day quarantine at home or a centralized facility and 97.23% (14 964) for fever, cough and fatigue being common symptoms of the disease; while, the lowest rates were 43.45% (6 688) for covering nose and mouth with a paper towel or elbow flexion when coughing or sneezing and 46.05% (7 087) for to fully rub being the key step in effective hand washing, respectively. The rate of awareness on the two main transmission routes of the disease was 98.82% (15 209) for droplet transmission and 84.47% (13 001) for contact transmission. Compared to the male and rural respondents, the female and urban respondents reported a higher overall awareness rate of knowledge about COVID-19 prevention and the overall awareness rate was positively correlated with the respondents' education level (P < 0.01). Of the respondents, 98.02% (15 086) reported an increased frequency of hand washing during the epidemic period.
      Conclusion  Health education on COVID-19 prevention, especially on breathing etiquette, correct hand washing, and transmission route, should be further promoted among the public.
