营口大专院校学生饮食相关行为现状及影响因素分析

Dietary behavior and its influential factors among college students in Yingkou city: a cross-sectional study

      目的  了解营口地区大专院校学生饮食行为现状及其影响因素,为政府制定青少年学生营养干预措施提供科学依据。
      方法  采用分层整群随机抽样方法,在营口地区2所大专院校选取2432名在校学生,进行问卷调查。
      结果  喝软饮料(≥ 1次/天)、甜点心(≥ 1次/天)、油炸食物(≥ 1次/天)、方便面(≥ 1次/天)、路边摊(≥ 3天/周)、西式快餐(≥ 3天/周)、喝牛奶(< 6天/周)、吃早餐(≤ 6天/周)、蔬菜(< 1次/天)和水果(< 1次/天)的比例分别为15.9 %、12.0 %、8.0 %、5.3 %、24.2 %、2.9 %、82.6 %、44.8 %、47.2 % 和76.6 %。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,性别、母亲文化程度、父亲职业、学习成绩、家庭类型是学生不同非健康饮食行为的影响因素。
      结论   非健康饮食行为在营口地区大专院校学生中普遍存在,应通过健康教育、营养宣教等活动加强学生和家长对正确健康饮食行为的认知,以改善不良饮食行为现状,促进健康。

     

    Abstract:
      Objective  To examine the situation and influential factors of dietary behavior among college students in Yingkou municipality and to provide evidences for developing nutritional intervention programs for adolescents by relevant agencies.
      Methods  An on-site self-administered anonymous questionnaire survey was conducted among 2 432 students recruited with stratified cluster random sampling at two colleges in Yingkou municipality of Liaoning province. A modified Health-Related Behavior Questionnaire for Chinese Adolescents was adopted in the survey.
      Results  Valid information were collected from 99.1% of the students averagely aged 20.74 ± 1.2 years. The ratios of the respondents having following food or beverages one time or more per day were 15.9% for soft drinks, 12.0% for desserts, 8.0% for fried foods, and 5.3% for instant noodles; the ratios of consuming roadside stall and western fast food at least three times a week were 24.2% and 2.9%; the ratios of having milk and breakfast less than 6 days in a week were 82.6% and 44.8%; and the ratios having vegetables and fruit less than one time per day were 47.2% and 76.6%, respectively. Multivariate logistic regression analysis demonstrated that significant influencing factors for the respondents' unhealthy dietary behaviors included gender, maternal education, paternal occupation, academic performance, and family structure.
      Conclusion  Unhealthy dietary behavior is prevalent among college students in Yingkou city. The results suggest that health education on dietary nutrition should be carried out to promote healthy dietary behaviors among the students.
