铝对体外培养人胚成骨细胞毒性作用的研究

The study of aluminum toxic effect on Human embryonic osteoblasts in vitro

  • 摘要: 采用无血清体外细胞培养方法,观察不同剂量铝对体外培养人胚成骨细胞的毒作用.将成骨细胞分成对照组、低铝组和高铝组,用光镜观察其生长发育情况及形态学变化.结果显示高铝组细胞存活数明显低于对照组和低铝组(P<0.05),高铝组细胞变性坏死率明显高于对照组和低铝组(P<0.01).说明高剂量铝可抑制体外培养的人胚成骨细胞的生长发育,并对其产生一定的毒性作用.

     

    Abstract: To study the toxic effect of aluminum on Human embryonic osteoblastsin vitro.The Human embryonic osteoblasts were divided into three groups(control,low and high Al groups).The growth,development and morphology of osteoblasts were observed by the light microscope.The results showed that the survival cell quantity in high Al group was remarkably lower than those in the control and low Al groups(P<0.05),and the detective rate of cell degeneration and necrosis was more than those in the two groups(P<0.01).We concluded that the growth and development of Human embtyonic osteoblasts was inhibited in high Al group and the high dose Al can result in certain toxicity for Human embtyonic osteoblasts.
