粪便氟含量测定方法研究

Study on the Determination of Fluoride in Excrement

摘要: 采用过氧化氢和硝酸为消化剂,用聚四氟乙烯高压密闭消化技术消化大鼠粪便样品.氟电极测定样品溶液中氟离子浓度并换算为粪便氟含量.本方法对消化液用量、酸碱度的调节及方法的准确度、精密度进行了探讨,确定了最佳测定条件,结果令人满意.

Abstract: Fluoride was determined by electrode of fluoride after excrement samples digested by H₂O₂ and HNO₃ in jar of high-pressure and sealed up.In this paper,the selection of the optimum operaiton condition,the accuracy and precision were studied.The method has been used to determine fluoride in excrement with satisfactory results.
