烹调油烟冷凝物诱导人胚肺细胞恶性转化研究

Study on Human Embryo Lung Cell Malignant Transformation Induced by Cooking Oil Fume Condensates

  • 摘要: 为探讨和评价烹调油烟对人体潜在的致癌危险性,运用人胚肺二倍体细胞转化系统,检测烹调油烟冷凝物对细胞的转化作用以及转化细胞的生物学特性。结果:各剂量的烹调油烟冷凝物均可诱导细胞产生典型转化灶,剂量反应关系明显(r=0.9739),表现出恶性细胞特征。提示烹调油烟对人体具有潜在致癌危险性。

     

    Abstract: ObjectiveTo assess the potential carcinogenic risk of cooking oil fume(COF)to human.MethodsAssay of human embryo lung diploid cell transfor mation in vitro was applied to detect the cell transformation activity of COF,and the malignant degree of transformated cell was also assessed.ResultsVarious concentratin of COFC within the dose range of the experiment all can induce human embryo lung diploid cell transfor mation,and the dose-relationship was obvious(r=0.9739).Trans formated cell also exhibited many character istics associating with malignant transformation such as loss of density inhibition、contact inhibition growth at low serum concentration and agg lutination by low concentration of ConA.ConclusionIt indicated that cooking oil fumes may be potential carcinogenic to human.
