镉、铬离子对大型水蚤(Daphnia magna)毒性的协同作用

Combined Toxic Effectes of Cadmium and Chromium on the Water Fleas (Daphnia magna)

  • 摘要: 在单一毒性实验的基础上进行1:1和2:1浓度的配比实验,观察镉、铬离子对大型水蚤的毒性。结果表明,不同配比的浓度对大型水蚤的毒性均大于单一毒性,用相加指数法计算的AI值,均大于零,显示具有协同作用。

     

    Abstract: The present work evaluates the coeffects of Cadmium and Chromium on the water fleas.AI value 1:1 and 2:1 of Cd:Cr were tested.The results indicated that the coordinated toxicity on the different ratio of Cadmium and Chromium was stronger than that of Cadmium or Chromium individually.AI value calculated by a additive index method was 0 which has shown the coordinated toxicity of cadmium and Chromium on water fleas.
