长期低铅染毒大鼠脾脏光镜及电镜结构的观察

The Structure Alterrations of Spleen in Rats with Long-Term Low Level Lead Exposure

  • 摘要: 应用光镜和透射电镜技术观察长期低铅染毒后大鼠脾脏的结构改变。光镜下可见,脾脏边缘带相对面积减小,脾小结个为数明显减少。电镜观察可见,脾脏免疫细胞出现不同程度的线粒体肿胀、空泡化或固缩;内质网肿胀、脱颗粒。上述变化均随着铅染毒剂量的增加而加重。结果提示,长期低铅染毒可导致脾脏免疫细胞的损伤。

     

    Abstract: The structure alerations of spleen in rats with leng term low lead exposure were observed by high power light microscope and transmission electron microscope.The results were as follows:(1)Light microscope of spleen showed that the relative area of boundary zone and the nunber of splenic nodules decreased.(2)Eletron microscope of splenic immune cell indicated that mitochondria were swollen,vaculated and pyknotic;and endoplasmic reticular were swollen and degrannlated.(3)The results suggested that long term low level lead exposure could cause the impairment of splenic immune cell.These would provide a morphologic basis for further studying immunotoxicity of lead.
