Abstract: Taking VZV1 to prepare ELISA special antigen and in the controlled group to prepare Vero2E6 cell antigen determine VZV IgG by indirect EL ISA.Laboratory specificity was affirmed by neutralization assay,closed blockade assay and comparison of titer of double sera with zoster.Susceptibility is ten times as high as IFA.Reproducibility of results were not different significantly from 48 specimens of sera in three assays,VZV IgG detected by indirect ELISA has the advantages of special,sensitive,steady and economical character.It can adopted as first method of seroepidemiological survelliance of VZV.
