上海嘉定区居民主要死因的减寿指标分析

Analysis of the Indicators of Life Expectancy at Birth Reduced by the Main Death Causes of the Residents in Jiading District, Shanghai

摘要: 运用PYLL指标和SAS软件进行数据处理和统计分析,对上海市嘉定区居民1985～1987年和1995～1997年的主要死因进行分析.发现嘉定区全死因标化PYLL率1995～1997年比1985～1987年下降了31.35%.脑血管病的PYLL率由第6位上升到第3位.损伤与中毒及恶性肿瘤的PYLL占全死因的60%以上.男性PYLL率高于女性.居民死亡年龄后移,平均寿命延长.

Abstract: In this paper the main death causes are analyzed of the residents Jading District from 1985 to 1987 and from 1995 to 1997.PYLL indicator and SAS soft ware are used to deal with teh figures and analyze the statistics.Results showed the PYLL rate of the standard total death causes of Jiading District has reduced 31.35% in 1995～1997 than in 1986～1987.The PYLL rate of cerebra vascular diseases rise from the sixth to the third position.The PYLL of injury and poison and malignant tumors account for 60% or moves to the late stage and the average life expectancy has been prolonged.It is necessary to strengthen prevention and treatment of cerebra vascular diseases and malignant tumors,reducing the incidence of injury and poison and especially strengthen the self care of the male.
