茶多酚联合维生素C、E对染尘大鼠血液中NO、NOS和GSH-Px的影响

Effect of Tea Polyphneols Combined with Vit Cor Vit E on Nitric Oxide,Nitric Oxide Synthase and Giutathione Peroxidase in Blood of Experimental Silicosis of Rats

  • 摘要: 为了探讨大鼠染尘后血液中NO含量和NOS、GSH-PX的活性在体内的变化以及一些抗氧化剂对测量指标的影响,检测血液中NO含量及NOS活性、GSH-PX活性.结果显示:大鼠染尘后,血液中NO含量、NOS活性明显上升.GSH-PX活性却呈显着下降的趋势.应用茶多酚联合VC、VE处理30天、90天后,血液中NO含量与NOS活性显着下降,GSH-PX活性明显上升.结果表明:应用茶多酚联合维生素E和维生素C可以提高体内抗氧化酶的活性,降低血液中一氧化氮的水平.

     

    Abstract: To explore the changes of nitric oxide(NO),nitric oxide synthase(NOS) and glutathione perxidase(GSH-Px) of blood following intratraxheal instillation of silica in rats and the effect of tea polyphneols(TP)combined with Vit C,Vit E on those biochemical indexes of rats induced by silica.Methods The contents of NO NOS and GSH-Px activities in blood of experimental rats were measured.Results Compared with the physiological saline group,the average content of NO,NOS of the silica group increased(P<0.05).The change of GSH-Px activities were a gradual decreased tendency.TP combined with Vit C,Vit E that used to treated the experimental silicosis rats could effectively decrease the level of NO NOS and increase the activities of GSH-Px.Conclusion TP combined with Vit C or Vit E can alleviate the abnormal metabolism of NO NOS in rats induced by silica.
