高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-CH)异常的危险因素研究

Study On Multiple Risk Factors Of High Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol Disorder

  • 摘要: 用病例对照研究方法调查211名自愿者的高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-CH)异常的危险因素进行初步研究.结果显示:调查者HDL-CH异常患病率为42.18%,男性为34.55%,女性为50.50%.吸烟、肥胖、缺少体力活动、舒张压升高、脂肪、肉类摄入过多及蔬菜摄入少均为HDL-CH异常的危险因素.

     

    Abstract: In order to find out the multiple risk factors of high density lipoprotein cholesterol disorder, we have undertaken case-control study of 211 volunteers with questionnaire, diet survey and laboratory examination to get the information. It was found that the prevalence of HDL-CH disorder was 42. 18%, 34. 55% in male and 50. 50% in female. Smoking, obesity, poor labour and motion, high diastolic pressure, high level intake of fat and meat, and low level intake of vegetables were risk factors of HDL-CH disorder.
