镉对大鼠肝细胞原癌基因c-myc表达的影响

The Effects of Cadmium on Proto-oncogene c-myc Expression in Rat Liver Cells, in Vivo Studies

  • 摘要: 应用Northern斑点杂交方法研究氯化镉对大鼠肝细胞原癌基因c-myc表达的影响.结果表明,5μmol/kg、10μmol/kg、20μmol/kg氯化镉腹腔一次注射后,大鼠肝细胞c-mycmRNA较对照组明显增多,用免疫组化技术在大鼠肝细胞中检测到c-myc蛋白.结果提示,氯化镉可以引起在体大鼠肝细胞c-myc表达增强.

     

    Abstract: The research studied the effects of cadmium chloride on proto-oncogene c-myc expression in rat liver cells with Northern Dot Hybridization. The results showed: at the dose of 5μmol/kg, 10μmol/kg,20μmol/kg, cadmium chloride can induce proto-oncogene c-myc expression obviously and c-myc protein can be detected in rat liver cells with immunohistochemistry. The research infers that at certain dose,cadmium can induce proto-oncogene c-myc expression in rat liver cells.
